California Highway Patrol | Standard Operating Procedures

The purpose of this document is to **outline the duties and responsibilities** of an **Trooper in the California Highway Patrol**. 

This document will **explain the procedures and expectations for all officers** within the California Highway Patrol.

**Questions regarding policies and procedures** not covered in this document **should be presented to any California Highway Patrol Supervisor**
